An unforgettable Galapagos charter aboard M/V Evolution

Our week on the Evolution with the staff and naturalist guides was beyond our expectations. It was certainly an experience of a lifetime for our family. In our group of 31, we had 13 young children ranging in age from 6 mos to 10 years. Those over 3 years of age had a great time on our Galapagos cruise and still talk about the naturalists Alex, Wilson and the cruise director, Sergio. I know having 13 young children on board was a new adventure for the staff but they rose to the occasion and made us all feel welcome and not a burden.

Everything was well organized on our Galapagos charter and all the food was great. There were always menu items that appealed to the children. The combination of wildlife hikes, panga rides, snorkeling and swimming on nice sandy beaches was ideal for our family. Everyone participated. Being up close with birds, sea lions, iguanas and large tortoises can’ t be matched anywhere else in the world. The naturalist guide, Alex was particularly well informed on all aspects of the Galapagos scene from tectonic plates to astronomy. Wilson, likewise was excellent and the children enjoyed him. Sergio did his best to make sure we were well cared for on the ship. The special effort to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with a cake was an unexpected perk.

We also appreciated all the efforts you made to make sure we were transported on time to and from the airport. The mainland Ecuador tours and guides were very good. We certainly would highly recommend your Galapagos and Ecuador Adventures.
